“The staff at hillion mall despite being a relatively small outlet was very attentive and helped all the customers whenever there was a request via the QR code. Would recommend everyone to give the outlet a shot whenever free, applicable to people of all ages. Will definitely be coming back again!”

“If you were to ask me? Worst outlet I have been to and the reviews live up to the 1 star. Came here to visit as I was in the area. The red shirt lady with fake lashes served me today has very poor attitude. I had asked if there was only 2 sanrio machines she continue to say yea small outlet etc. Lol there was 3 diff machines. When I had first arrived, took a while to count previous person's tickets, that's ok. After that when I wanted to claim my won items for tokens, I had asked if I should look for her or her 2 younger girls and said her with a face and tone I can't forget. I had to queue again just to inform what prizes I wanted, she rushed me to get my items when I wanted to claim and said in a tone I can't accept: 'That's all?' and rushed to close the glass door as if I didn't queue up twice LOL. Small outlet I totally get it, but then I would suggest that you provide your staff training with etiquette and customer service. Even small outlets like DTE & HV have better staff services than this place. Even Suntec City's queue is long but the staff do NOT speak to you in this tone. Think it'll be good for her to have training.”

“I visited this outlet quite often, 2-3times a week. Most of the staffs here kinda rude especially the Chinese guy( with grumpy face). Today I came, the cashier is closed from 3pm - 4pm due to break time. It’s a public holiday today and no other staffs ( wearing blue shirt) can touch the cashier. I have been waiting since 4pm till 430pm. No one makes an effort to ask and just simply see & walked away. If you want to send your cashier for break, do get someone takeover the cashier, if not simply close the shop and stated all staffs go for breaks. So that we don’t need to wait. I am not the only customers waiting. Please do look into the staffs at Hillion Mall. Either you retrain them or change them.”

“I had a poor experience with the staff's attitude. When I asked to check my points, they requested my IC, but I didn't have it with me. Later, I tried to use my card for coin exchange and discovered the system had changed. I had to ask another staff member for help. It would have been helpful if the first staff member had informed me about the system change.”
